
What is included:
*Help with your travel arrangements and transport to and from the airport, train or bus station in Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, Delaware.
*Accommodations as needed for the nights before and after the tour.
*Continental breakfast on the morning of departure and a post tour home cooked meal, plus roadside snacks.
*Vintage motorcycles, motorcycle luggage, and supplements to your riding gear if needed.
*Routine wear and tear expenses and performance of minor maintenance and repairs en route. (You may be asked to assist with repairs.)
*Tour route design, guide services, maps and daily route sheets.
*Basic liability insurance.
What is not included:
Airfare, gas, oil and tolls, meals, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, admission fees, on the road accommodation expenses, cost of repairs necessitated by abusive operation or accident, and recommended supplemental insurance. There are other possible expenses some of which are mentioned in the waivers, in the ‘forms’ section.
Cost:
Generally the cost is $75 per day for the motorcycles and liability insurance. Participants should expect to spend a more or less equal daily amount for ‘What is not included’ (see above). Passengers are welcomed on certain tours but there is an additional charge. These are guidelines and cost may vary. Custom designed tours may cost a bit more or less. Groups of 4 or more can enjoy reduced rates.
Regarding accidental damage:
Participants have the option to purchase damage waiver insurance for $50 per tour in which case they are not responsible for any accidental damage. This is highly recommended. If you do not purchase the damage waiver you must make a $500 deposit (which can be done by credit card) and you will be responsible for damages up to that amount.
